Quality Policy
BVQI España certifies that the system of quality management of this organization has been audited and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The management system applies to the manufacture of technical plastic parts and manufacturing of vulcanized rubber, from June, 2109.
In IN. de EL. S.A. we provide a PLASTIC MACHINING AND SYNTHETIC RUBBER service, maintaining customer satisfaction and product quality as primary objectives. Based on this and within the framework of developing a Quality Policy based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, we commit to:
- Establish quality objectives that lead to continuous improvement in the management of the Organization and a commitment to provide the necessary resources and disseminate the Quality Policy and objectives to all members of the company.
- Maintain an updated Quality Management System that guarantees the optimal provision of our services.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations in our work and also that of the business partners that participate in our supply chain.
- Strengthen the vocation of collaboration based on the transversality of the processes, strategically integrating all the agents involved: customers, suppliers, etc.
- Customer satisfaction as an essential, permanent and priority objective, to strengthen stable and lasting relationships.
- Promote a proactive attitude and dynamic actions while preserving the safety and integrity of the products.
For all this, IN. From EL., S.A. designates personnel responsible for the quality management system, involving the organization in the fulfillment of the acquired commitments.
